In preparation for our pokeno party, I decided to offer up a dessert. The theme is Trailer Trash — complete with costumes, frito pie, pork rinds, jello shots, etc. My contribution is Trashy Twinkie Trifle! I made it tonight so the flavors can soak in! I will not reveal all of my secrets, but will say I could also call this Drunken Trashy Twinkie Trifle! Now, excuse me while I go find my fancy housecoat and get my curlers just right in my hair!
