Micah woke up very early Christmas morning… so early that the sun was no where near the horizon. This is what our tree looked like very, very early in the morning! :)
Christmas Day this year was a little rough because Jonah was sick. In addition, Micah and I were still recovering from a sinus infection. Plus, Stephanie had just caught what I started. Jonah had a part in the Children’s Church program on Christmas Eve. He had fun which is probably the most important thing… although, imho, the fact that he didn’t act like a wild child is equally as important and wonderful! :)
Jonah and Micah made this (see below) for Grandma Jean. We gave it to her at our annual Family Christmas Party. We hosted it this year and it worked out very well — the boys felt at home and could escape upstairs occasionally to play in their room!
The 2008 WLC Christmas Concert was a couple of weeks back and we’re just now posting photos! The following photo is of the star that Micah’s class designed for the silent auction. We didn’t win it, but I thought it was nice enough to warrant a photo!
