I was up in Lubbock this week working with Texas Tech.  Nice place — a little windy – but nice!   This is a photo of their basketball arena early in the morning my first day there… it’s a huge place!

The first day, we ate at Thai Pepper — a local restaurant close the university with a recent review in Texas Monthly. Excellent pad thai…

For lunch the next day, we had Spanky’s – a restaurant right across the street from campus and a local student hang out.  Excellent burgers.
