I recently talked about how Jonah loves to walk to the mailbox.  I didn’t mention the actual walk.  In truth, it’s much more of an adventure than a walk.  Even though the mailbox is only a few houses down, a trip to and from the mailbox usually takes about 35 minutes.  Why?  Well, Jonah is inquisitive and investigates practically everything he encounters (as all toddlers should).  There is no walking down the sidewalk straight to the mailbox.  No — most of our time seems to be spent inspecting leaves, picking up worms, digging in the dirt, etc.  Here’s a minute long clip of a recent walk to the mailbox.
