Because Jonah is now too big for the sink we moved upstairs to his bathroom. His first bath up there was without Mommy, so you can imagine how that turned out: strange place, weird looking ceramic basin, and massive water flow from the faucet (relative to the kitchen faucet). He screamed his head off… until he realized that he could still splash and act silly. Then everything was OK.

Since then, he’s back to really enjoying his baths like he did downstairs in the kitchen. Plus, he has a couple of new toys for the bathtub! Between playing with his two new toys, slapping his hands on the top of the water, and generally splashing around, it’s amazing that (1) he ends up getting washed at all and (2) we don’t end up getting soaked! One thing if for sure: This kid is a hoot!
