It’s already the end of

It’s already the end of January… this semester is flying by. I’m achieving small personal goals at the gym these days — slightly faster times, slightly heavier weights. My wife is telling me that I should migrate from the nautilus equipment to the free weights for some exercises. One of the benefits of the free weights seems to be that there are more muscle groups involved as opposed to the isolation (or focusing perhaps) provided by the nautilus. At the same time, the free weight area is the busiest area of the gym… and the nautilus area is completely empty most of the time. Suggestions?
