Three miles walking tonight before the storms hit. I’ll be teaching tomorrow night, so exercise will have to be in the A.M. hours. Lots to do tomorrow!

Busy night! The US Open

Busy night! The US Open started, I had virtual chats this evening, and the weather was nice enough for a bike ride. Twelve miles was it… and it was pretty pleasant. Light day today — just

Light day today — just 8 miles cycling. Part of my 4-mile circuit is under construction which makes things difficult. I may be limited to walking and tennis this week. I have other routes, but I prefer the 4-mile one because it’s so much easier (less traffic, fewer turns, etc.).
